• All deposits, retainers, treatments, and skincare product sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued for completed services or opened products.

• No credits, transfers, or substitutions are allowed. Payments may not be applied to other services, treatments, or products.

• Products that leave our building may not be returned under any circumstances.
